Announces the Policies for Selection of personnel, writers, composers, dancers, singers, actors and plastic artists to be part of the Studios.

They will be examined physically, psicologicaly, and intelectually. Among other exams the blood analysis includes an Anti-Doping test.

The emotional disbalance could affect the business and personal success. Every single one of the prospects to be promoted as a Singer, Actor, Model, Entertainment Artist or Plastic Artist will be held by this norms, under evaluation in a defined interval decided by the Shan23 Studios Manager.
